At Contemporary Art by Bueki, we aim to provide a seamless and satisfying experience for our customers. We understand that sometimes plans change, and cancellations may be necessary. Below are the terms of our cancellation policy:
1. General Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement without incurring any charges.
- After 24 hours, cancellations may be subject to a 10% processing fee to cover administrative costs.
2. Customized Artworks
- Due to the personalized nature of customized artworks, cancellations are not permitted once production has begun.
- If the cancellation request is made before production, a refund will be issued minus a 15% design fee.
3. Shipping and Returns
- Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. However, they may be eligible for return under our return policy.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable in case of cancellations made after shipping.
4. Exhibitions and Event Bookings
- Cancellations for art exhibitions or event bookings must be made at least 7 days prior to the event date to receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
5. Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after a cancellation request is approved.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
