1. Overview
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) outline the agreement between Hannelore Bueki, the artist (“Artist,” “I,” or “We”), and the purchaser (“Buyer” or “You”) for the sale of painted pictures (“Artwork”).
2. Artwork Description

b. Payment shall be made via bank transfer. Details for the bank transfer will be provided upon confirmation of purchase.
c. The Artwork will only be shipped upon receipt and confirmation of the full payment.
4. Ownership and Copyright
a. The Artist retains all rights, title, and interest, including copyright, in and to the Artwork. The sale of the Artwork does not transfer any rights to the Buyer except for the right to display the Artwork for non-commercial purposes.
b. The Buyer may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Artwork without explicit permission from the Artist.
5. Delivery and Shipping
a. The Artist will initiate shipping of the Artwork within a reasonable timeframe following receipt and confirmation of the full payment.
b. The Buyer shall be responsible for any shipping costs, customs duties, or taxes associated with the delivery of the Artwork.
c. Any agreed-upon delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
6. Returns and Refunds
a. All sales are final. The Artist does not accept returns or provide refunds unless the Artwork is damaged during shipping.
b. In the event of shipping damage, the Buyer must notify the Artist within 48 hours of receiving the Artwork. The Buyer may be required to provide photographic evidence of the damage.
7. Liability
a. The Artist shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of or related to the purchase or use of the Artwork.
8. Governing Law
a. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of spain, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
9. Entire Agreement
a. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Artist and the Buyer concerning the sale of the Artwork and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, written or oral.
By purchasing the Artwork, the Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
